Inthisstudy,mesoporousmelecularsieve(MMS)wasappliedintheimprovementofpolyimidesproperties.NovelPolyimide/MMShybridswereprepared,inwhichthedispersionofinorganicparticleswasevenandspecialinterfacestructureas“Rambutan”formedthroughin-situpolymerization.WiththeintroductionofMMSintopolyimidethethermalpropertiesofpolyimide/MMShybridswereimprovedandatthesametimedielectricconstantswerereduced. |
