摘要:本發(fā)明提供了一種氯磺化聚丙撐碳酸酯,具有式I所示的結(jié)構(gòu)。與現(xiàn)有的聚丙撐碳酸酯以及氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯相比,本發(fā)明設(shè)計得到了具有特定結(jié)構(gòu)的氯磺化聚丙撐碳酸酯,由于磺酰基團和氯元素的共同作用,電負性極大增強,吸電子能力急劇提高,使其能夠與其他材料有更好的相互作用,從而可應(yīng)用于粘合劑、不干膠、涂料等領(lǐng)域。本發(fā)明在聚丙撐碳酸酯分子鏈上引入高活性的氯磺酰活性基團,可以實現(xiàn)不同程度地降低終產(chǎn)物的分子量,有效調(diào)控聚丙撐碳酸酯與不同基材的界面相容性,從而改變產(chǎn)品形態(tài)和粘度。同時該氯磺化聚丙撐碳酸酯還是一種全生物降解材料。
Abstract:The invention provides a chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) with the structure shown in Formula I. Compared with existing poly(propylene carbonate) and chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate), the chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) with a specific structure designed in this invention has significantly enhanced electronegativity and sharply improved electron-withdrawing ability due to the combined effect of sulfonyl groups and chlorine elements. This enables better interaction with other materials, allowing its application in fields such as adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and coatings.By introducing highly reactive chlorosulfonyl active groups into the molecular chain of poly(propylene carbonate), the invention can reduce the molecular weight of the final product to different degrees, effectively regulate the interfacial compatibility between poly(propylene carbonate) and different substrates, thereby modifying the product morphology and viscosity. Meanwhile, the chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) is also a fully biodegradable material.
