Unlike the conventional polymerization induced self-assembly (PISA) trigged by thermal stimuli, reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) PISA initiated by UV light with a friendly and easily manipulated way as a new strategy is exploited to prepare polymeric micelles at room temperature.
