Synergistic therapy is a promising strategy for cancer treatment. A
nanoparticle with chemo-photodynamic combination therapy was fabricated via π-π
stacking interaction between drug and photosensitizer. It exhibited efficient
anticancer activity both in vitro and in vivo.
