CO2-switchable multi-compartment micelles (MCMs) with a segregated corona formed by a purpose-designed ABC triblock copolymer are reported. They can be switched “on” and “off” when sequentially treatedwith CO2 and N2, due to the protonation–deprotonation of the tertiary amine groups along the polymer skeleton.
