View Journal amphiphilic cross-linked copolymers (RO–OA–PEI) tended to self-assemble
into stable FPNs with diameter at the nanoscale and highly dispersed in aqueous solution.
Due to the AIE feature of PhNH2, the thus obtained FPNs emitted strong red uorescence in
aqueous solution. Finally, the biocompatibility and cell uptake behavior of RO–OA–PEI
FPNs were further assessed to evaluate their potential for cell imaging applications.
