于濂清課題組通過(guò)雙層Co摻雜,強(qiáng)烈提高了WS2/MoS2異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的HER催化性能,不僅誘導(dǎo)Co@WS2/Co@MoS2雜化界面的形成,還調(diào)節(jié)了其d帶態(tài)。此外,激活過(guò)渡金屬配合物的惰性基面提供了優(yōu)異的電催化HER活性。在密度泛函理論(DFT)的指導(dǎo)下,采用水熱法制備了一系列摻雜鈷的WS2/MoS2基催化劑。制備的Co@WS2/Co@MoS2催化劑在堿性環(huán)境中表現(xiàn)出良好的電化學(xué)活性和耐久性,其過(guò)電位為117 mV,電流密度為10 mA·cm?2。
