牛昶，男，2001年4月生，河南新鄉人，2023年畢業于河南大學測控技術與儀器專業，獲得學士學位，現為中國石油大學（華東）儀器儀表工程專業2023級碩士研究生，從事微納材料與先進傳感器、檢測技術與自動化裝置、測試計量技術及儀器等研究。
