"Tuojin Plan" is a nationwide demonstration course plan officially launched by the Online Education Research Center of the Ministry of Education in 2021, aiming to promote the excellent experience of the construction and application of national and provincial first-class undergraduate courses, vigorously expand the demonstration and leading effect of various first-class courses, cultivate more high-quality courses, facilitate the mutual learning of high-quality teaching models, and widely carry out the exchange of wisdom teaching experience; Promote the construction of virtual teaching and research rooms across regions and schools, and cultivate more high-quality courses. The online education research center of the Ministry of Education will support some of the selected courses of the "Tuojin Plan" to use the rain classroom "cloning class" technology as the main way to open to teachers across the country. The online education research center of the Ministry of Education has announced the list of courses selected for the 2022 "Tuojin Plan" project throughout the year. A total of 226 courses have been selected for the project for domestic universities and colleges, and the "Physical Chemistry Foundation" course hosted by Zhao Ying has been selected.
