An ice-phobic
gummed tape (IPGT) is fabricated by designing nano-cone (NC) onto
poly(vinylidene fluoride) microspheres on flexible thin film. The IPGT with NC exhibits
excellent ice-phobic and de-ice properties that are attributed to effective
cooperation between micro- and nanostructure rather than others. This
investigation is significant to materials that can be extended into the
practical application.
