NPE- Chicago IL, USA - Ritemp Technologies Pty. Ltd.(Australia) announced today that growing market acceptance of the patented mold cooling technology has created the opportunity to expand its presence globally. During NPE2006, the innovative mold cooling technology entered the North American market. SWM &Associates (Canada) was appointed to help grow market awareness and sales in North America because of their industry experience in global sales.
With Ritemp™ already proven in several Australian based production tool applications between 1999 and 2006, SWM launched an aggressive campaign targeting top molders post NPE2006. By promoting the quantifiable cycle time savings of 20-50%, coupled with productivity gains previously unachievable, Ritemp™ tooling projects have grown steadily gaining recognition within the tooling and molding community.
Expansion of Ritemp™ support domestically by SWM has grown rapidly to accommodate customer needs. As part of the growth, SWM aligned strategically with injection mold maker StackTeck™, blow mold maker Ryka, and Domavista Inc. for technology and engineering expertise and development initiatives.
Ritemp Technologies appointed Unimark, based in Mumbai and Bangalore, as its Technology Partner for the Indian sub-continent. As Ritemp Technologies introduces the technology to this region the alliance with Unimark will prove invaluable. The owner, Y.R. Anand, has many years experience within the plastics industry and the company is renowned for its knowledge and its values.
In January 2008, Matrix Technology Specialists became the Asia Technology Partner of Ritemp Technologies Pty. Ltd.. Since then, Matrix introduced the use of Ritemp™ for a global end user application with excellent results. Supporting Matrix in injection mold design and manufacturing, particularly in Thin Wall, IML, and Personal Care markets, is StackTeck™ which has been a Matrix technology partner since December, 2007.
Fast forwarding to NPE 2009, Ritemp Technologies Pty. Ltd. continues to add capacity to address the now global market demands of top end users. Leveraging SWM expertise, numerous global end users have now embraced the benefits and built "proof of concept tooling" now moving into the production phase.
Ritemp Technologies is in the final stages of negotiations with a strategic partner in Europe and an announcement is imminent. This will round out Ritemp Technologies capability in the Americas, Asian and European markets.
