2010/6 - until now Henkel—Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia joint lab (Spain) Postdoctor/Project researcher:
Awarded AGAUR DGR-Henkel KGAA 2009 Programme funding; worked in an international platform (ATG, Henkel) to develop room temperature curing resins; a new curing method was developed based on propiolate functionalized polyester with potential application in sealants and adhesives; a European patent was disclosed inside Henkel. Novel epoxy resins were developed to apply in oxygen promoted curing system at r.t by cationic ring opening polymerization.
2009/3 - 2010.3 Shanghai Weikai Chemicals Co.,LTD Polymer Chemist
Supervised a team to study synthesis and formulation of water-based polyurethane (WPU); 3 patents related to WPU were filed; versatile water-based PU coatings were developed and industrialized; close contact with supplies and customers; technical supporting to sales engineers.
2004.9 - 2009.3 East China University of Since and Technology, Key Laboratory for Ultra?ne Materials of Ministry of Education Ph.D
Synthesis and characterization of novel biodegradable polymer based on functionalized ε-caprolactone, a fast degradation behavior in PH = 7.4 buffer solution at 37 oC was observed. A graft copolymer based on polycaprolactone and polylactide was first synthesized with good mechanical performance and also quickly degradation in buffer solution. An amphiphilic graft polymer was synthesized to be a novel drug carrier by self-assembly in selective solvents. PH and temperature sensitive drug release behavior was also studied.
2000.9 - 2004.6 East China University of Since and Technology Polymer science and engineering Bachelor
Good knowledge in polymer science and engineering; well trained in graduate thesis for polymer synthesis and characterization.
