1. 生物降解高分子
Biodegradable Polymeric Biomaterials:Rational design and synthesis of novel biodegradable polymers with controlled molecular architecture (star-shaped/dendrimers/dendrons); Methodology development to generate well-defined block copolymers via “living” controlled polymerization.
2.生物模擬型高分子
Biomimetic Polymers: Design of versatile biomimetics involving glycopolymers, polypeptides, glycoprotein and glycolipid polymers; Strategies involving bioconjugation and chemical modification of natural polysaccharides and protein.
3.高分子納米生物材料
Polymeric nanobiomaterials: Self-assembly of biocompatible and amphiphilic copolymers; Hierarchical micro-/nano-structures and mechanism;Fabrication of biodegradable micro- and nanospheres.
4.新型藥物控釋體系與組織工程
Drug delivery systems & tissue engineering: Targeted and/or site-specific drug delivery systems; Vascular tissue engineering.
