Dr. Jun Fu is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Chemistry. He was awarded his Bachelor‘s degree (BSc) in the Department of Chemistry, Wuhan University in 1999. Then he moved to the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a graduate student to do research on polymer physics and chemistry, and obtained his PhD degree in 2005.
From April 2010, Dr. Fu joined the Ningbo Institue of Material Technology and Engineering, the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a full professor and established the Biomedical polymer material group. In July 2019, Dr. Fu moved to School of Materials Science and Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University as a full professor.
Dr. Fu has coedited a book and coauthored more than 190 peer-reviewed journal papers with a total citation about 13000 and an H-index of 60.
His research is funded by the NSFC and the CAS, etc.
