Guoqiang Liu, male, born in Luoyang, Henan Province. He received his BEng (2009) in Materials Chemistry and MEng (2012) in Materialogy from Hubei University (China). Then, he completed his PhD (2015) in Materials Science under the supervision of Prof. Weimin Liu and Prof. Feng Zhou at Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he worked on bionic lubrication and friction control. In 2015, he joined Prof. Zijian Zheng’s group as a Postdoctoral fellow at Hongkong Polytechnic University, working on scanning probe lithography and dip-pen nanolithography. In 2019, he became a Tenure-track Professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University (China). His research interest includes polymer science, bionic lubrication, and scanning probe nanolithography. He has published more than 40 papers in high-impact international scientific journals including Chemical Reviews, Advanced Materials, Nature Communications, Small, and Biomaterials.
