agricultural products processing engineering laboratory, director of food
engineering master program of School of tea and food science and technology of
Anhui Agricultural University, stationmaster of special products processing
comprehensive test station of Anhui agricultural products processing industry
system, senior member of China Food Science and technology society, group
member of China tea society. At present, it is mainly engaged in technical
research and new product research and development in the field of agricultural
product processing and by-product resource development and utilization.

Interaction of food colloids and biomacromolecules and their nutritional and
functional characteristics;

Exploration and application of fresh-keeping technology of edible film
packaging based on functional components of food;
3. Micro
and nano processing of agricultural products and food resources (micro tea
powder, etc.) utilization;
4.
Research, development and industrialization of edible straw and seasoning bag
for instant noodles.
