Fei Song received his Ph.D. degree in Polymer Chemistry and Physics in 2009 from Sun Yat-sen University, then he entered HongKong Polytechnic University as a postdoctoral fellow in July 2009. He joined College of
Chemistry of Sichuan University in 2010 and was promoted to professor in 2017. His research interests focus on bio-based and biodegradable polymers, biomaterials and functional materials. He has been in charge of and participated research projects of National 863 Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation, and Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China. Up to now, he has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers on AFM, ACS AMI, ACS Sustain Chem Eng, Chem Commun, Chem Eng J, Biomacromolecules, etc.
