Dr. Zhao-Yan Sun, born in 1974, in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She got her doctor degree in 2001, Jilin University. Her mainly research interests are: the statistical thermodynamics of polymer mixtures; the folding-unfolding behavior of proteins under high pressure; the multi-scale simulation and cross-scale simulation of complex polymer systems; the phase behavior of polymer mixtures and solutions. As of now, she has published more than 100 peer-reviewed journal articles on Chem. Comm., Macromolecules, J. Chem. Phys., J. Phys. Chem. B, etc.
