Our current research interests are biomimetic and intelligent polymers, with main focus on the design, synthesis, and application studies of water-compatible molecularly imprinted polymers and photoresponsive reactive liquid-crystalline polymers as well as development of new controlled/"living" radical precipitation polymerization techniques for various well-defined functional micro/nanospheres.
