Yunfeng Zhao received his B.S. (2004) and Ph.D. degree (2009) from Jilin University, China. He worked in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a post-doctoral in Prof. Yu Han’s group from 2009 to 2015, and in Soochow University (China) as an associate professor from 2012 to 2014. He joined Tianjin University of Technology in China in 2015 as a full professor, and served as a dean of the department of new-energy materials. His research interests mainly focus on the nanoporous materials and their applications in green adsorption-separation, fuel cell, and catalysis. He has published more then 60 peer-reviewed papers in EES, AM, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Com. etc. with citation over 2400 times and H-index of 24. He also won several Talent Awards from Tianjin City in China.
